How do I order merchandise from your Website?
To begin your tour of our selected merchandise, choose the product category of your interest in the left navigation bar. After you click “Add to Cart”, you will be guided through the order process. We will bill your credit card in Canadian Dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you in your local currency. Please note that prices shown in the currency other than US$ are for orientation only. Actual charge amount may differ slightly due to your credit card’s exchange rate/processing date.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bank Transfer. We do not accept checks, money orders or C.O.D. at this time. We will bill your credit card in US Dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you in your local currency. Please note that prices shown in the currency other than CAD$ are for orientation only. Actual charge amount may differ slightly due to your credit card’s exchange rate/processing date.
How do I know if my order was placed?
You should receive confirmation e-mail within minutes of placing your order. If this does not occur, please contact us for assistance.
Is there sales tax on-line?
All our prices are expressed in US Dollars, and include any taxes such as VAT, GST, Federal and State Taxes that are applicable. The prices shown in the currency other than US$ are for orientation only.
Import duties: The majority of our orders usually have no customs taxes due, however all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order.
Is your site secure?
Our site uses industry standard SSL encryption to ensure that privacy is maintained with each and every customer transaction. All transactions are processed directly with our banking authority using industry standard encryption technology. We do not store your credit card details and we do not have access to your credit card data. Your credit card details are sent directly to our merchant bank for processing.
How will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe (EU) using Registered Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). Both methods have the added security of requiring a signature upon delivery. Tracking number is currently available for Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments ONLY. Registered Air Mail shipments do not have a Tracking number, however it is the most secure Postal Service offered today. Items sent with Registered Mail are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery. All orders shipped from our European warehouse are fully insured. Insurance costs are included in the freight and cover your order against loss in transit. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Most packages arrive within 5-14 business days (not including weekends or holidays), however certain International locations may take longer (up to 4 weeks). In case you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact your local post office to check if they are holding the parcel for you. Do you ship internationally?
YES, we do ship to most international locations. All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS) and take anywhere from 2 to 21 days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. Click here for a list of countries we ship to.
Is there a tracking number available for my order?
Your order will be shipped via Registered Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). Signature of the recipient will be required upon delivery. Tracking number is currently available for Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments ONLY. Do you sell wholesale?
YES, our products can be purchased at wholesale prices for resale. Minimum quantity required is 20 pieces. Please note: we may require a turn-around time of 2 to 4 weeks to fulfill your wholesale quantity order, depending on the product availability at a given time.

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact customer support to process an exchange.
Unwanted Items
If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, cardioventis will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or law prohibits the fee. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging may be rejected or will be subject to an additional restock fee to cover the price of the missing item. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Before returning any merchandise you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. RMA numbers are valid for 20 business days and all returns must be received within 20 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
Do you have a “real” store?
HeartStaple is an Internet store with a warehouse and distribution facility. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. We would not be able to offer the low prices that we offer if we had the overhead expenses of a traditional retail business. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we make every attempt to make our web store shopper friendly and as close to the “real” store as possible.
Do you have a catalog?
Although, we do not have a printed catalog, we like to think of our web store as a virtual catalog. All available products are listed on our website.
