Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact customer support to process an exchange.
Unwanted Items
If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, Heart Staple will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or law prohibits the fee. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging may be rejected or will be subject to an additional restock fee to cover the price of the missing item. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Before returning any merchandise you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. RMA numbers are valid for 20 business days and all returns must be received within 20 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
