How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?

To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Where am I able to ship my order to?

HeartStaple currently markets to Canada and the contiguous 48 states of USA. Products that ship from US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees which will need to be paid as C.O.D. directly to the shipping Carrier delivering the package.

Where will my order ship from?

Although we are located in Ontario, Canada, the products we carry may be shipped directly from a warehouse elsewhere in Canada or USA. Therefore, since we do carry products that either ship from Canada or USA, you are able to determine on a per-product-basis whether it will ship from Canada or USA. In general, in order to determine whether a particular product ships from Canada or USA, add it to the shopping cart and use the “Ship To” drop-down menu provided in the shopping cart. Choose Canada from the “Ship To” drop-down menu and note the shipping cost that appears in the cart and then choose USA to find out which shipping option is ‘cheaper’. For example, if the shipping cost to ship to Canada is lower, then it would imply that it ships from Canada. If the shipping cost to ship to USA is lower, then it would imply that it ships from USA.

Who do you use to ship?

We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances. Sorry, the choice of shipping carrier used for any particular order is made from the warehouse the order ships from, and cannot be chosen in advance.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?

We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within three business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
